It was announced today that Paul Fireman, owner of Willowbend Country Club, has reached an agreement to sell Willowbend and its remaining residential real estate to Southworth Development LLC of Newton, Mass.
The Village at Machrihanish Dunes will officially re-open the historic Ugadale Hotel in Machrihanish on Saturday, 25 February 2012. Their Graces, the Duke and Duchess of Argyll, along with David Southworth, President and CEO of Southworth Development LLC, will be on hand to open the doors of this famed hotel with a private luncheon and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
