The Village at Machrihanish Dunes will officially re-open the historic Ugadale Hotel in Machrihanish on Saturday, 25 February 2012.  Their Graces, the Duke and Duchess of Argyll, along with David Southworth, President and CEO of Southworth Development  LLC, will be on hand to open the doors of this famed hotel with a private luncheon and ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The National Golf Course Owner’s Association has selected Renaissance  as one of three finalists for their 2012 “Course of the Year.”  Renaissance will be representing the New England Chapter as its first course ever to be chosen a finalist.  Once a year, the NGCOA narrows its 18 regional Course of the Year winners down to three.
